Keepsake Memory Bunny made from baby clothes, hospital blanket bunny, coming home outfit bunny is custom made for you out of clothes you send me. The bunny is a wonderful way to preserve a special baby outfit or blanket, it's a great gift for Mother's Day, baby 1st birthday, or any other occasion. It can be made out of loved ones clothes in memory of a grandparent or parent who is no longer with us.
The bunny can be personalized in several ways.
If you choose an option with a pocket and a baby bunny, I can add a name with or without a date to the pocket or a short message. I can also add a message or baby stats on bunny's back.
If you choose no pocket option then baby stats/message/name and date can be added to bunny's front.
I offer both embroidery and heat transfer vinyl options for personalization. You can choose a style for embroidery. HTV baby stats come with baby footprints only. If you don’t see the embroidery design you’d like to have, please, select “other” and send me a message. I’ll do my best to find an image you like.
The bunny is approximately 17" long.
Clothes needed for a bunny:
Please note that if you are sending clothes smaller than 6 mo, there will be seams on the body and head. I’ll do my best to avoid it if possible.
Newborn to 3-6 months - 3-4 sleepers/pjs or 8 onesies
6 mo - 1 yr - 3 sleepers/pjs or
5 onesies
Larger than 1 yr - 2 sleepers or 3 sweatshirts, 2 long sleeve dresses/shirts, 3 short sleeve dresses/shirts
If you aren’t sure if what you’d like to send is enough please send me a message with a photo.
I use double seams, but for the safety of your child please check the seams periodically.

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions:
Q. How does it work?
A. After you purchase an item, I will send you a message with the address to ship your clothes to and I'll let you know when the clothes arrive. If you have additional questions or instructions or want to change options, please let me know at that point, before I start working on it. No changes can be made after that.
From then it will take 2-3 weeks for you to receive your order (US orders). The time will depend on how many orders I have in.
Your bunny will be sent in a beautiful organza bag ready to be given as a gift.
Q. Is your house pet and smoke-free?
A. Smoke free and cat friendly. I use lint roller on all the memory animals before packing them.
Q. Will you wash the clothes you receive?
A. All clothes will be used in the condition they are shipped to me. I use iron-on interfacing I to reinforce stretchy fabric. Please, do not spray garments with perfume or Fabreeze before sending them to me.
Q. Can I get a discount on multiple items?
A. Each animal is priced based on my time and materials needed to make it, each one requires careful planning so I can incorporate as many details from the original piece of clothing as possible. It takes many hours of planning, cutting, backing, sewing, stuffing and assembling each piece. After all the expenses are taken into account I get less than a minimum wage for each piece. So I can't offer discounts for multiple items.
Because of the custom nature of the order, I will not accept returns. However, if you have an issue with the items you received, please let me know. I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Meet the Maker
I started sewing when I was 10, first with my Grandmother, then in school. My first stuffed animal, a little monkey still keeps watch over me from a shelf in my sewing room.
The animals I sew now are very different from just ordinary stuffies. They hold the memories and touches of the people dear to you, the clothes you send me are treated with care and respect, and an understanding that they are precious and irreplaceable. I'm very happy and touched when my customers tell me that the bears they receive from my shop help them in their difficult time of loss.
Why Moose? I feel that Moose has become my spirit animal in the last several years. My collection of moose is growing very fast.
Shop Policies
Processing time for memory animals is 2-3 weeks AFTER I receive your clothes. Please wash the clothes before sending, and PLEASE do not use any additional fabric fresheners or perfume - you can always spray the animal with perfume later. I'm very sensitive to smells and it makes my physically sick if I have to work with very fragrant clothes. Dirty clothes with BO will be sent back at your expense and the order will be canceled. Stains are perfectly fine, just let me know if you want me to avoid them or incorporate them into the animal. I do not accept returns on the memory animals but if there's an issue I will be happy to work with you to resolve it.
Processing time for kid drawing plushies is 10 days.
Once the items are shipped it is out of my hands if USPS takes longer than expected. Please, order ahead of time so you can get your items when you need them. Last minute orders might be stuck in transit and are not subject to returns.
