About this Product

A snuggly and warm knit head wrap that I created from chunky black yarn with little flecks of primary colors throughout.

The fiber is incredibly soft and wool free, which makes it a great vegan friendly alternative.

Designed in a turban style and fits snuggly over the ears~ keeping you warm without the whole rigmarole of an entire hat.

With freeform knit and crochet I never follow patterns, I simply add the fibers as I go to see what evolves. It's like painting with yarn. It's fun.

MEASUREMENTS:
( designed to fit most average sized adult women and teens )

CIRCUMFERENCE stretches from approximately 22 to 23 inches around.

Because of the freeform technique used, the WIDTH varies slightly, but ranges approximately 4 inches or so and tapers to around 2 inches at the turban area.

~ feel free to contact me if you have any questions about sizing

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Hand wash in lukewarm water with a gentle and preferably biodegradable soap like Dr. Bronner's, gently squeeze excess water, lay flat to dry.

Ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Thank you for supporting handmade and eco friendly.  You're awesome

***

For as long as I can remember I have always been doing something creative. As a little girl I drew constantly and one of my most vivid memories is of my mother teaching me how to make my very first hand sewn stitches on to pieces of scrap fabric that she'd been saving for me since I was a toddler. My mom was an incredibly talented self~ taught seamstress and while I never quite got the hang of the sewing machine myself, in my early twenties I taught myself to knit and crochet (left handed and hilariously awkward at first) and from there there was no going back. This might sound a little out there, but I often feel my Mom`s presence when I'm working on a new project or design. She passed away when I was a teenager and I'd like to think that she'd be proud of me even if I never did figure out that sewing machine. Art has been such an outlet for me throughout my life and has helped me endure quite a handful of losses and trauma. I honestly don't know what I would do without my creativity.

Thank goodness for this colorful, creatively chaotic and trippy world I've made for myself.

I absolutely invite you to walk said world with me
