Double Handed Oven Mitt. You'll find this double handed oven mitt handy when you reach into that hot oven to take out that large casserole dish. It wraps around a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish very easily. When you're finished with it, you can hang it over the oven door, it'll always be within easy reach. A must for every home cook. Oven mitt is made with 100%, preshrunk vintage look recipe fabric. Some recipes are typed, some are hand written. It even includes spots that look like stains that you would find on grandma's recipes. The hand pockets are made of the same recipe fabric. The opposite side is a mottled brown. Each end of the hot pad has a pocket for your hands. The oven mitt and hand pockets are all lined with a layer of heat resistant fleece and a cotton batting, making it heat resistant--not heat proof 450 degrees easily. It will withstand heat up to It is finished with a neutral colored bias tape cotton thread. The bias tape is polyester, but it will not cause any problems under the heat. I use bias tape on the potholders that I use in my own kitchen and have never had any problems with it. It measures 32.5 x 6.5 inches, a nice size for large dishes. You can machine wash cold water with like colors. Do not bleach. You can tumble dry, but I suggest that you lay flat to dry. Would make a nice bridal shower, wedding, or birthday gift.' It is finished with a black bias tape and cotton thread. The bias tape is polyester, but it will not cause any problems under the heat. I use bias tape on the pot holders that I use in my own kitchen and have never had any problems with it. It measures 32.5 x 6.5 inches, a nice size for large dishes. You can machine wash cold water with like colors. Do not bleach. You can tumble dry, but I suggest that you lay it flat to dry. Would make a nice bridal shower, wedding, or birthday gift. Are you going sustainable in your home? Well I have just the thing, it's called an unsponge. What is an unsponge? It's a reusable, washable cotton fabric, mesh and terry cloth sponge. This unsponge is great for doing dishes or cleaning the bathroom tub or sink. What you get: One bacon fabric reusable sponge, Fabrics used: 100% cotton and and terry cloth. Polyester mesh on one side of sponge. Filled with 1 inch thick mildew resistant and hypo-allergenic recycled, washable polyester batting. The batting has been secured with stitching an inch from the edge to hold all the layer together. Fabric and terry cloth has been preshrunk. Colors used: Bacon print 100% cotton and black terry cloth back. White mesh is also used on one side. Size: 5 1/2 x 4 inches. Size will vary slightly being that they're handmade. Vintage Recipe Pot Holders. These handy pocket oven mitts will keep you from burning your hands when you pick up that hot pan handles or remove a cookie sheet from the oven. This pair of potholders also match the double handed oven mitt that is listed. These round hot pads are made with 100% cotton vintage look recipe fabric and brown coordinating fabric. All fabric is preshrunk. The vintage recipe look fabric even has spots that look just like the stains that you would find on grandma's recipe cards. Some recipes are hand written and typed. Each pot holders has two layers of fabric on the pot holder and the hand pockets. They also have a layer of heat resistant fleece and a layer of cotton batting between the fabric pieces, as well as, the same in hand pockets. They are finished with bias tape. I use these in my own kitchen, and have not ever burned my hands. I have used them in a 450 degree oven without any problems. NOT for use in microwave. A warmly machine embroidered handmade rope bowl with a holiday saying, "Warm Holiday Wishes." A white (not a bright white) large handmade bowl made with cotton rope. The rope is coiled and sewn into place to form this decorative, but functional bowl. The design is stitched directly on the bottom of the coiled bowl on my home embroidery machine. The colors I used are a cranberry, medium gold and black. It measures 11 inches across and 2 inches deep. It has a machine sewn loop handle. Use it to hold your most used items, keys, eye glasses, sewing and crafting supplies, office supplies, pine cone or fresh fruit. Clean by wiping the surface with a warm damp towel.
